Now that we're homeowners and have this vast yard with living things that need to be taken care of, I thought I'd take a gardening class to better acquaint myself what having a yard all entails. These pictures were taken mid-March after our last real snow of the season. My gardening teacher recommended having a journal to document our yards and gardens and what we do with them. So this is what we're starting from. As you can tell, there's a bit to do; we didn't get a whole lot of cleanup done before winter since we had just moved in. Here's to hoping I make progress this season!
